5 156 and 2 (16) Scope of Error Correction of Pakistan Telecommunications (Reorganization) Act (XVII of 1996) Appellate Tribunal, as a private limited company, ruled that through a correction application Memorandum of order was allowed to be held as a Public Limited Company because 100% of its assets were owned by the Government of Pakistan. The Appellate Tribunal was found to have committed an error without a valid order, Income Tax Ordinance, 1979. Under Section 156, the validation request application was rejected without merit and without stability in law. By Appellate Tribunal
