MUHAMMAD IQBAL SOLANGI versus THE STATE
Section 497 (2) of the National Accountability Ordinance (XVIII of 1999), the accused in the 9/10 bail was voluntarily surrendered before the law and appealed against the punishment given under section 31A of the National Accountability Ordinance. I was allowed to bail. Before the trial court's question whether the accused's absence from the court was deliberate but his appeal alleged that fake permits were still being prepared, which traders had not yet traced. Already acquitted of the accused in the circumstances, was one of the further investigations on the seriousness under section 497 (2), the CCP accused was admitted on bail accordingly.
