MUHAMMAD JAMEEL versus THE STATE
Section 497 Immigration Ordinance (XVIII of 1979), Sections 17, 18 and 22 guarantees, the names of the accused were not mentioned in the original statement of the country while the names of the other accused whom they were sent abroad. The case of the accused was the same as in the case of the co-accused who was granted bail, the accused, under the circumstances, was entitled to the same treatment which was given to the co-accused.
