Sections 7 (b) and 39b (2) (e) [as amended by the Anti-Terrorism (Amendment) Ordinance (2001 XNX)] of the Exploration Code (XLV of 1860), section 392/34 Transferring the case from the Anti-Terrorism Court vehicle to a trial under the Pakistan Arms Ordinance (XX of 1965), section 13D, was a terrorist act, an anti-terrorism act under the Anti-Terrorism Court. Under section 6 of 1997, the offense was heard by the Anti-Terrorism Court. The Anti-Terrorism (Amendment) Ordinance, 2001 was extensively amended, but the amended section 6 carries the offense against the accused by the legal provisions of Section 39B (2) (e) of the Anti-Terrorism Act. The matter of snatching or snatching a car was not included. As of the 1997 amendment, it was moved to the General Court, but the Anti-Terrorism Court continued the trial despite the amendments during the trial and pronounced the verdict.
