ABDUL QADIR SAHAR---PETITIONER versus THE STATE---RESPONDENT
Section 497 National Accountability Ordinance (XVIII of 1999), Section 31A bail, earlier the accused's grant was granted bail by a special judge, anti-corruption and his case was transferred to the Accountability Court where he was presented on some dates. After that, he refused to submit bail. The accused's money was confiscated and he was convicted and sentenced under Section 31A of the National Accountability Ordinance 1999 and sentenced when, on his appeal, his conviction and sentence, the High Court Suspended the accused while instructing him to surrender to the national. The accountability court and the accused surrendered accordingly and were remanded to the aforesaid court's custody.
