After that, he refused to submit bail. The accused's money was confiscated and he was convicted and sentenced under Section 31A of the National Accountability Ordinance 1999 and sentenced when, on his appeal, his conviction and sentence, the High Court Suspended the accused while instructing him to surrender to the national.
