The Sections 17 and 30 award, aside from the construction contract of the house, the respondent's contractor claimed that the applicant had paid him less than the work which the applicant objected to in taking the award. He did not send notice or measure the house built. The trial court made the Roll of Court Award, which was maintained by the appellate court's authenticity witness, who testified that he did not issue notice to the applicant, but he met the applicant at his residence. And provided information on the dispute and joined the petitioner in mediation. The business applicant did not exceed the arbitration threshold in respect of his objections, but there was no evidence on record to show that the arbitrator acted in the absence of the applicant and was presented by the defendant. Did not provide the opportunity to reject the evidence provided. After measuring the work done by the respondent, recording of evidence in such a case was not important in the absence of which the applicant's house could not be measured if the applicant was not satisfied with the measure of the arbitrator. It could have presented other evidence to dismiss it, but no such material was kept on record, which the High Court dismissed as a review. Application
