Section 417 and 492 Panel Code (XLV of 1860), Section 307 Notice No. 1002 LD Date 23 4 1937 on the violation of the appeal of the Criminal Appeal filed by the Advocate General after approval by the provincial government. It was objected that the appeal against it could only be submitted by the Public Prosecutor on the direction of the Provincial Government and the Advocate General could not be appointed as Public Prosecutor under Section 492, CR PC. Verification No 1004 LD date 234 could not be submitted in 1937 that the Governor of the North West Frontier Province was the Advocate General, Nor. The province of West Frontier was appointed as the public prosecutor for the province, all laws applicable to undivided India were given continuity under section 292 of the Government of India Act, 1935.
