Investigation was completed in this regard, having been in custody for more than five months on the basis of Section 497 Prevention Code (XLV of 1860), Section 420/467/468/471 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3). And they were not presented to the court by the investigating agency, and the arrest of the accused made no sense.
