Section 171717 Appeal Code (XLV of 1860), section 302/34, is not guilty of appeal if the reasons for the trial court speculation or artificial nature are based on any evidence or false statement. The result is either misinterpretation of evidence or the result of abortion of the distributive justice. In such a finding, appropriate matters can be intervened in light of the Supreme Court's prescribed rules regarding the definition of evidence.
