BASHIR AHMED versus THE STATE
Section 497 (2) of the Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Section 420/467/468/471 Corruption Prevention Act (II of 1947), Section 5 (2) bail, further investigation against the accused was alleged. Joining the Patwari and the concerned Tehsildar has transferred the four canal land of the complainant in his favor. The accused was the original nephew of the complainant and one of them was his son-in-law Patwari, who was a co-accused in the case. He was granted bail as a complainant. The affidavit had taken an oath in his favor that he was innocent and the case of the accused was similar to that of the Patwari / co-accused as he filed a change in the names of the accused, which was also confirmed by the Tehsildar case against the accused. Under the section 497 (2) inquiry into his crime, the CCP is alleged to have been behind bars for more than two months and previous offenders were granted bail.
