The Labor Appellate Tribunal was ordered to reinstate the job with full payback benefits, though Labor maintained that the court reinstated the employee, but reduced the employee's half in honor of the back benefit. It was observed that the employee did not provide practical service to the employer establishment, he was not entitled to reimbursement benefits, then the employee was not blamed for any misconduct. Found by the Labor Appellate Tribunal and that he was dismissed from his job due to a mistake and the employee was entitled to reinstatement after dismissal, at least. Declare the reduction in benefits
