MUHAMMAD AMIN versus THE STATE
Section 497 (2) Offense Hood (Enforcement Hood) Ordinance (VII of 1979), Section 16/10 bail, grant of further inquiry matter was given to police after 9 days delay and medical examination of the alleged abductor / victim. Under section 646464, CRPC was recorded more than a month after the FIR was registered and no explanation was given for the delay, as per the provisions of section 64 of of Neglecting the accused was neither summoned nor allowed to inspect the victim; CCPC's statement was not denied to the extent of the co-accused as stated. He was not mentioned in the report submitted by the police under section 173, CCPC.
