Section 342, section 342, re-inspection of the provisions of the CCPC's accused was compulsory in nature if the offenses were not covered under section 342. The CRP could not even be read against the accused and in such a case either the piece of evidence had to be excluded from consideration or sent to the trial court for investigation of the accused under Case 23434, CRPC. ?
