Under which the constitutional petition against the approved order sought legality. The review was relevant t o assess the evidence presented by the parties in the Judicial Magistrate High Court, will not sit on appeal under its constitutional jurisdiction, the Constitution to review the evidence and provide its own conclusions. The jurisdiction was to be used in aid of justice when the applicant suspects that his father's late father was poisoned, only nine months after his father's death, enough to dismiss the application.
