KARAM ELLAHI BANDIAL versus RETURNING OFFICER PP-40, KHUSHAB-II

Ineligible applicants for membership of Arts 63 (1) (n) and 62 Representatives Public Act (LXXXV of 1976) 14 and 12 Assembly Shura (Parliament) refused to accept defendant's nomination papers on this basis. The Pak Air Force was authorized and its educational degrees were not genuine, therefore, it was disqualified under Article 63 of the Constitution. The accuracy respondent presented documentary evidence that he had retired from Pak Air Service, so the appellant's position was upheld that the appellant on the educational degrees of the accused also failed to record any court decision. And in the absence of that, the defendant's educational degrees could not be deemed unrealistic, the appeal was dismissed.
