Pakistan has expressed its intention under Section 2 (2) of the Act (which has been amended), the High Court will not refuse to enforce the award given to a foreign country n section 2 (2). Reference is made to the country in which the Convention was entered into or issued by notification in British India and no further notification was required under section 2 (1) (c) of the Act.
