MUHAMMAD AMIR versus D.C.O., SADIQIA DIVISION, BAHAWALNAGAR
Section 42 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), OLX XX, RR 1 and 2 Suit for Temporary Order Prohibition, Plaintiff's Grant filed for the impression that the orders of the Oort Bond by the authorities below were illegal. Applications for a temporary, ineffective and temporary injunction against their rights were also filed by the plaintiffs in which it was requested that the authority's orders regarding the prohibition could not be applied. The order approved by the officers dressed with options during approval cannot be approved. With no legal authority, the authorities issued notices to all participating parties and opportunities for hearings were also provided that suspending the process of the orders approved by the authorities would be equivalent to setting aside. That the civil court was capable of holding the sentence barred, but that the suspension was not in favor of the plaintiffs, nor did they know such a proper case, without any legal justification, to facilitate the orders of the authorities until the final settlement of the case. That the plaintiffs in the case will suffer any irreparable harm until the final decision of the trial is finalized. F is not suspended until the trial as the trial court was not removed correctly. The order was temporarily upheld and the appellate court correctly declared to do so, otherwise the courts could not interfere with the High Court's order, without being subjected to any illegal interference or material misconduct.
