Section 202 Transfer of Property Act (IV of 1882), Section 53 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) of the Attention Power of Attorney Property provides for the consideration of the grant of possession in the partial performance of the attorney's contract. Was paid to the Attorney General regarding the suit land, together with the interest of the lawyer, was executed to the registered General Power of Attorney, in accordance with the provisions of section 202 of the Impact Contract Act, 1872. The attorney was atelier, the attorney also owned the suit property. There has already been considerable justice done between the parties by the appellate court and the High Court, protected by the provisions of Section 35A of the Transfer of Property Act, therefore, by a High Court divorce in the judgment passed by the High Court. Intervention on related divorce was not sought. The leave to appeal to equality and justice was denied
