Appellant's contention of foreign school communications was that such a letter could not be declared a BA degree, rather it was merely a matter of opinion that the candidate's educational qualification to contest the Senate election was a prerequisite for respondents. That simple statement of a candidate for academic qualification would be sufficient to meet the requirement of the law and no certificate was required to be submitted. If there was no power then the Higher Education Commission (University Grants Commission) held that the absence of a degree Degree status cannot be verified by a letter in the presence. The Bachelor's Degree in Communication required, and the diploma will be given within six months. Such a letter has not been answered anywhere. T had cleared his graduation and obtained a Bachelor's degree in any subject. The respondents expressed their inability to present at least one letter from the university stating that they had approved their graduation certificate in this regard, at the appropriate time the respondent would be issued it. The graduation degree was not obtained as required by law, therefore, disqualified under Article 8A of the holding of the General Election Order, the 2002 Election Commission reversed the defamation order and rejected the nomination of the defendant's papers.
