Section 497, Third and Fourth provisions [as amended by the Criminal Code] Procedure (Amendment) Ordinance (LIV of 2001)] The grant of bail for the accused's case was the same as in the case of a co-accused who was a trial court The source was approved on bail. The accused had already completed his two-year detention charge for the legal delay when the third and fourth provisions of Section 497 CCPC were already removed before the third section of section 497, CR PCC. Upon receipt, the right to bail was excluded due to legal delay. The defendant's case was with the co-accused who was granted bail on legal grounds; the accused was entitled to the same privileges which were extended to the co-accused and thus on the principle of consistency he was entitled to bail.
