GHULAM GHOUS ZULFIQAR versus CANTONMENT BOARD, BAHAWALPUR
Sections 114 and 115 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitution Petition Board invited the parties to participate in the auction proceedings for the transfer of the transfer tax right to participate in the auction process and bid it. The Wala Cantonment Board declared the highest. Approval of this agreement was required to be submitted for non-judicial stamp paper for execution of the contract and applicants had to submit required amount for judicial stamp paper, deposit required amount and transfer tax collection work. The petitioner had terminated the contract. The board and the applicant suspended the contract suspension through a constitutional request that the applicant did not present any alleged execution agreement between the parties and the Cantonment Board noted that there was no contractual agreement between the parties. Was not made, according to the provisions of which there was no agreement between the parties. The Secti ons114 and 115 of the Canttments Act of 1924, the applicant's claim was unfounded.
