On the availability of the shop, the Government was issued by Punjab under section 3 (1) (a) of the Evacuee Property and Homelessness Act (repealed) Act 1976. Following the cancellation of the Permanent Transfer Agreement in the name of Allottee, the same transfer was properly ordered in the name of the respondent as the informant and the application was dismissed on the basis of possession.
