PARVEZ AHMAD versus FEDERATION OF PAKISTAN
Section 7F [According to the Airport Security Force (Amendment) Ordinance (Amended by the Constitution of 1948) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 refuses to accept the request to maintain the constitutional application which is Airport Security. Was not sustained, the constitutional jurisdiction can only be exercised if no appropriate and effective remedy was provided under the law
