The claim filed by Altiz was that the courts below were not improperly deemed appropriate, after which the court held a meritorious suit for lack of jurisdiction of the civil courts filed by Altiz and Appeal was reviewed as well. Faced with the same fate, none of the forums below had justified the allotment on the question of jurisdiction allotment after the re-acquisition of the land after the advance was refunded to the authority and paid an installment. Did not give the High Court reasons for maintaining it. The simultaneous detection of the courts did not guarantee any kind of illegality or weakness in the order passed by the authorities.
