Arts 118 and 129 The Power of Attorney alleges that the Power of Attorney was executed with simplicity, and by misrepresentation, to prove to Burden that the Power of Attorney was executed fraudulently and misrepresented. It was claimed by the person that nothing was brought. Assuming that the Power of Attorney was executed with restriction, it would show that his regular registration was with the Registrar, the fact that the registered documents had to be consecrated, to make a factual accusation. That required strong evidence. Where no such evidence was brought on record to conclude that he was registered with fraud, the document was rightly accepted.
