ALAM DIN versus MALIK HAYAT KHAN
A petition under section 12 (2) and OI, R10 (2) of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), section 12 (2) of the Constitution Petition of 1993, the CPC granted the trial court to set aside the order. One of the respondents was transferred as applicant, whose order was upheld. Under Order I, R 10 of the District Judge's Accuracy, the CPC delegated sufficient powers to the court that the appropriate parties were brought before the impeachment orders were reasonable and not arbitrary or unconstitutional in the majority of the proceedings. From the 3 parties were approved, below were the unanimous decisions of the courts. Applicant's authenticity was not used properly according to the law and due to any prejudice.
