R 3 (1) (4) (5) Determination of quota of appointments of Sections 2 and 4 of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Civil Servants Act (VII of 1976), was initially appointed and appointed as a Subject Specialist by a Government employee. The advertisement was periodically released by the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission, under which all the specialist posts were requested to be included in various departments in different departments, which were advertised on the basis of open merit. Thi was told that different units were advertised without allocating quota. Azad Jammu and Kashmir rules were quota mandatory and had legal support. Under the circumstances, no advertisement could be made without the quota of the relevant units, reservation based on regional quota was mandatory and not just in terms of convenience principle. To consider the provisions of the Sections 2 and 4 of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Civil Servants Act 1976 and the R3 (4) (5) of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Civil Servants Rules, 1977, and various government orders. All the officials concerned were obliged to implement it and any contradictory order would be a serious illegal one which the relevant authority was directed to fix the quota of the subject matter post.
