4, 5 and 6 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 212 (3), dismissing the employment allegation of misconduct by a public servant was admitted and was not formally inquired into. The service tribunal dismissed the appeal filed by a public servant. Subsequent decisions and records show that due process was observed under the Punjab Police (Capacity and Discipline) Rules, 1975 and the rules of natural justice were strictly banned so as to protect the civil servant.
