I am entitled to receive the full amount of deposit. All employees of the National Bank of Pakistan included in the aforesaid circular are entitled to receive the full amount available in the Provident Fund Account. The Provident Fund (the total amount of interest paid by them and the bank, up to the date of payment). Are. 30 11 11 1977 with their assistance and the Bank Act withheld the payment of a portion of the money available in the account which the bank assisted was unlawful and without legal authority and could not be retained.
