MST. NASREEN FATIMA versus THE BANK OF PUNJAB THROUGH MANAGER

During the trial under Section 22 (6) recovery case, the judgment of the former person against the Banking Court of the defendant was issued, an order affecting the defendants was already passed. (2), have applied under CPC. The execution should not be taken to reject the previous order which was still pending and until the request is decided. The decision of accuracy was intimate in nature, with no prejudice to the defendant. Which could not be made even in view of Section 22 (6) of the Financial Affairs (Recovery) Ordinance 2001, the appeal, being ineligible, was dismissed.
