ABUL FAIZ M. GHUFRAN ZAHIDI versus MUSLIM COMMERCIAL BANK LTD.
Civil Procedure Code Order XXI, XX 10 Co-operative Society Act (VII of 1925) for issuance of CPC orders and orders was filed by the Bank against the Co-operative Housing Society implementing the order against the Co-operative Society object. Filed an execution request that was settled because it was satisfied with the decision. Respected persons considered themselves frustrated by handling the execution request, filed an objection. If there is a dispute with the Cooperative Housing Society of the protestors, they are cured under section 55 of the Objects of the Cooperative Society Act, 1925. The situation should follow and the registrar should get their treatment from the cooperative societies.
