I was denied a constitutional request. The view of the bar contained in Article 212 of the Constitution is that the High Court has no jurisdiction in this matter. The Validity Authority could not withhold the salaries for applicants' jobs and duties that they had actually performed was sufficient authority to instruct the authorities to comply. According to the law, on the basis of mismanagement despite the bar contained in Article 1212 of the Constitution of the Authority, the applicants were instructed by the applicants not to issue the salaries of the petitioners in connection with the actual work and the duties performed by them.
