Paragraph 17 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Arts 185 (3) and 199 Constitutional Appeal filed by Commercial Review / Private Pilot before applicant of High Court while serving as Cadet Pilot in Pakistan International Airline Corporation Was permanently disqualified for renewal. Due to a cognitive and academic deficit, the license (Social Complex Personality Disorder) High Court rejected the constitutional petition filed by the applicant. The correct respondents had provided the applicant with all the opportunity to present their documents and present their case to the Medical Review Board. Other flight engineers and pilots, who were found fit, were taken on their duties to prove the claim that they were medically fit to renew a commercial and commercial license, while the applicant was not declared fit. Therefore, the applicant was not discriminated against. The applicant had voluntarily received all his claim from the insurance company on the loss of his gambling. In such a situation, the applicant could not retain the constitutional application and reconsider his claim.
