Without giving the plaintiff an opportunity to refute their evidence and state their affidavit, the claim for lack of evidence on the Tolb decision was dismissed and the order passed by the trial court was upheld by the appellate court. But the High Court obtained the remand of the case at the hearing of the amended jurisdiction. When he was dismissed for proceeding before the trial court, the accuracy wandies did not succeed in stating that the High Court's decision was a violation of a law judge. Due to the High Court's gift pursuant to section 35 of the Punjab Pre-Emission Act 1991, it was directed that the proceedings should proceed from the stage when the case is dismissed.
