Notwithstanding the Vice-Chancellor's section 38 of the University's Health Sciences Ordinance 2002, the affiliation of medical institutions by the University of Punjab after the implementation of the Section 37 University of Punjab Act (IX of 1973), University of Health Sciences Ordinance 2002. Punjab University withdrew its commitment to the said institutions under Section 38, University of Punjab Act, 1973, due to insult to the mandatory provisions given by the University of Punjab, University of Health Sciences Ordinance, 2002. Withdrawal of affiliation with Punjab University became a controversial act of Punjab University or related colleges who expressed their desire to affiliate with the University of Punjab, did not prejudice the forms of examination for the students of the said colleges. Should, therefore, belong to the University of Health Sciences It should be accepted and, as agreed by the parties concerned, students will be allowed to attend arrangements and at the same time the University of Health Sciences will apply for affiliation of these colleges and since their eligibility is already affiliated Is fixed PU University, their desired affiliation will be given on the same terms as they had with PU ie temporary or permanent affiliation as the case may be.
