Section 497 National Accountability Bureau Ordinance (XVIII of 1999), Section 10 (b) and 18 guarantees, the grant of a main charge against one of the co-accused was that he acquired more valuable property than the known source of income. The accused admitted that he had made the purchase. The property is in his own name and for this purpose he took the money from the co-accused and it is not owned by the co-accused. Comes. Article 10 of the National Accountability Bureau Ordinance, 1999 and the above mentioned law did not cover the purchase of property in its name by borrowing from anyone involved in corrupt practices. The cases were granted bail and the accused's case did not look materially different from the case, the co-accused accused was admitted to bail,
