HAJI GHULAM ALI versus THE STATE
Guaranteed before the High Court under Articles 199 and 185 (3) of the National Accountability Bureau Ordinance (XVIII of 1999), Section 9/10 Criminal Procedure Code (V9 1898), Section 497 under the Criminal Law Section 497, CR Could not maintain request. However, the PC High Court was able to hear the request for bail in its jurisdiction under Article 199 of the Constitution of this case and the case is still ongoing and the prosecution still wants to examine some of its witnesses, at trial. The decision was directed to conclude. The trial, however, has been charged within four months, however, it can be referred to the High Court in its constitutional jurisdiction for grant of bail on any basis, under Section 497 against the High Court. The request bail is not enforceable under the CCP NAB Ordinance, the order was later changed to an appeal for leave appeal and allowed with the following observations.
