Applications for defense of sections 10 and 20 were dismissed by the Banking Court and verdicts were passed in favor of the bankruptcy court verifying the bank's appeal, while deciding the leave petitions for a comprehensive dispute between the parties. Failed to attend. The requests and responses filed by the Bank Court also failed to provide any information about any issues / points and orders raised by the parties, refusing to grant leave to defend the suit, and even adverse decisions.
