According to the law, after the issuance of the CH, the beats were removed from the job and the preliminary and final investigation into the matter was through a private hearing chat. Inquiry reports revealed that the public servant admitted during a personal hearing that he had produced / issued an arms license and was guilty of such charges. Against this, the Supreme Court refused to interfere with the dismissal order. The leave for appeal was refused.
