RASHID AHMED ALIAS KUKU versus THE STATE
Pakistan Penal Code Section 302/34 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) was filed in the FIR registered immediately for the murder of the victim, immediately after the incident of complaint of a free and unwanted person. He was arrested. There was a natural and probable face witness whose testimony relied on the purity of any contradiction or contradiction and was not harmed by the fate of the accused. Ocular evidence was supported with the help of medical evidence, the recovery of the crime dagger, and positive information from the Chemical Examiner. The absence of motions against the serologist accused was instability in the face of molecular evidence, which was not only reliable but was also fully confirmed by independent evidence from unreliable sources, but the Court of Appeal had granted leave in these circumstances. The accused was denied.
