Action should not be taken. The Additional Sessions Judge confiscated the bail bonds and ordered each applicant to deposit Rs 80,000. The petitioners are responsible for paying Rs 80,000 but since they are guaranteed on humanity. The only and only guarantor has benefited from the bonds, therefore, the improper order of the Additional Sessions Judge was very strict. Accordingly, criminal amendment was also allowed and the same amount was reduced to Rs. 40,000. Which was to be received by the applicants in accordance with the law
