While promotion did not have the right to be promoted, it would be considered a right to promote / fulfill the required qualifications of a public servant. In the case of a government employee, after dealing with a constitutional request regarding the terms and conditions of his services, it was decided that the exclusive jurisdiction would be decided by him. The Service was established in the Tribunal, not the Constitutional Courts, which was considered by a civil servant to be promoted to a higher office, a matter which was related to the terms and conditions of the Service and to the Service Tribunal for promotion to the higher office. Applicants' right to be eligible had to decide on the same complaint - provided and protected. The right to qualify for promotion under Section 9 of the KP Civil Servants Act, 1973. The terms and conditions of service of the applicants were denied by the authorities. They were denied the right to be considered for promotion in their comments. The name was considered to be a special jurisdiction granted under section 4 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Service Tribunal Act, 1974, which may be considered for development in the higher grades included in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Service Tribunal Act, 1974,
