MUHAMMAD MANSHA KAUSAR versus MUHAMMAD ASGHAR
Pakistan Penal Code Section 302 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) was not guilty of any wrongdoing of appeal against the acquittal of the accused by the courts or any misrepresentation of any evidence. There was no repeat reaction of the evidence at the stage. Neither the required nor the law's decision to be acquitted by the law can be disturbed, although after reviewing the evidence, the second theory was reasonably possible; without any conclusive evidence, the significance of the evidence could not be linked. Otherwise weak and weak, the extra-judicial confession of the accused was shared. And at the behest of the suspected accused, the recovery of the weapons of the crime was not sufficient to detect the crime against the accused.
