R54A Wapda Pension Rules, 1977, R7 (iv) Note 2 Constitution of Pakistan, Arts 199 and 212 (2) Constitution Petition Retirement post retirement Pre-retirement Inquiry before retirement Employees late The appeal against the pension and other financial benefits against the impugned order was dismissed, with the former employee applying for a two-year time scale with a two-year reduction, as well as a proportional recovery in another investigation prior to retirement. Retirement after retirement at the age of employment could not be prevented and the employee's pension and other financial benefits could not be prevented. The authorities did not demand that the former employee was an employee of the Electric Supply Company. No jurisdiction for entertaining the petition was permissible Late Employee employed in WAP DA and in fact the operation was done under Pakistan WAPDA Employees (Talent and Discipline) Rules 1978 and no order was recorded by the Authority which Late employee was absorbed as regular employee in Electric Supply Company And it had to be dealt with. Accordingly, the High Court was empowered to entertain the constitutional petition that the said employee was an employee of Wapda and not an employee of the Electric Supply Company. All pending inquiry against the officer who had refused the retirement of the officer directed the authorities. That he should pay the legal heirs of the deceased employee under the rules for activating the matter, all the pensionary benefits were deducted from the sentence given to the late employee before his retirement, then his constitutional request for retirement was dismissed.
