GHULAM HUSSAIN versus IMAM DIN
Section 6 and 13 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1909), OVII, R11 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 of the Punjab Pre-Emission Act of 1991 (Article VII), seeking information on the sale of the dismissal of the Uzbek discrimination applicant. On the suit property, the petitioner was motivated and upon receipt of copies of the relevant record, the respondent received the notice under the approval of the registered corporation, the plaintiff was given eight days to file the petition under oh VI, R 11. Later, the CPC charged that it was not a notice. The plaintiff's motion was issued by the plaintiff immediately after the petition was rejected by the trial court, but the appellate court filed a complaint under section 13 (3) of the Punjab Relations Act, 1991 against the notice of the court of appeals filed by the plaintiff. This was allowed in the review. As soon as possible after the first IB degree was sent, the notice was sought by the plaintiff not later than two weeks after the date of knowledge, the first to be made in two weeks and acquisition of knowledge, as well.
