Crimes of Adultery (Enforcement Hood) Ordinance 1979 Section 10 (3) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional plea granted bail on the basis of the allegations made by the accused and the police against each other. The High Court had also directed the investigation of the relevant allegations and counter-allegations in the case filed against its District Judge, allowing both parties to examine the witnesses in support of their respective version and against them.
