MALIK MUHAMMAD HUSSAIN versus THE MEMBER, BOARD OF REVENUE (COLONIES), BOARD OF REVENUE, PUNJAB, LAHORE
Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 199 Constitutional application for the administration of justice The non-existent order illegal occupation of state land was related to the occupation of state land, the applicants claimed that it was the most legitimate on this land. Bidders were leased and relied on revenue records in response to questions under which applicants were illegal and unauthorized occupants. The petitioner was on some information filed by the Revenue Officers in the High Court stating that the possession of the underground land was handed over to the applicants in compliance with the order passed by the High Court. Impact on Applicants' Possession The High Court took serious notice of the matter in which the applicant as well as the officer had passed the law and especially the High Court proceedings which was unfortunate because through the High Court No order was passed, which officials said was the High Court's view that if such conduct were allowed to continue, all hell would break out. On the part of the government officials, the Supreme Court criticized the words that require a police officer or an executive officer to file an application. File a compromise report of non-existent orders to harm the citizens of the High Court and then the country as the defendants were the highest bidder, so the High Court directed the authorities to restore their possession.
