Was rented. In connection with the destroyed premises, the landlord and tenant relationship between the parties was entered into. The tenant's negligence was proved on record and the personal responsibility of the corporation was also granted by the Current Controller in the dismissal order and was maintained by the appellate court. The tenant's position was that the eviction request filed by the general manager of the corporation was not properly handled by the tenant, and at the same time the appellate court entertained and adjudicated the matter in dispute. Exercised jurisdiction legally and lawfully. The manager of the corporation did not face any unlawful interference or weak orders / decisions which were approved by both the courts below; it did not require any interference by the High Court in exercising the constitutional jurisdiction of the Constitution. The petition was dismissed
