Approved against the company, of which a director of the candidate, jointly and severally, was not mentioned by the candidate in the obligation, affirmations and affidavits columns of the candidate's clone in the nomination papers. Such conduct was sufficient to conclude that the candidate was not eligible to contest the election pursuant to Section 8D (1) (g) of the Code of Conduct of the General Election Order 2002. After being dissatisfied and eventually not repaying the loan, the candidate was a loan debtor and rejected his nomination papers pursuant to Section 14 (5A) of the Public Representation Act 1976.
