TAHA versus THE STATE
The Pakistan Penal Code Sections 302, 353 and 324/34 of the Anti-Terrorism Act (XXVII of 1997), the complainant for the appreciation of Section 7 evidence, named the first time after not only changing the story and naming the accused. FIR and alleges that he has accused the accused of being involved. The identity parade had no identifiable value in identifying a missing attacker; three co-accused were acquitted by the High Court on the ground that the prosecution's witnesses had changed the circumstances. They are designated to admit that no blood-stained ground was collected from the scene or vehicle, and thus, the location of the incident was not proven by the prosecution in the identification test by the complainant. It was meaningless because the complainant knew it. Was nominated and the chief named in his examination, along with the accused was acquitted on the bench.
